Welcome to your 1application page. This is what your applicants will see when they click your QR code. The list below instructs them on what items to complete in their 1A profile, below that are the fields that are unique to your application.

1application.me is a place for your employees to store their application information so that after you complete this application, they can reuse it. 

All of the page links below open in a new tab, so you can return to this page as you complete each page. 

1. Log in or register
2. Add your name, phone number, and availability to the Personal Information page
3. Add your current address to the Addresses page
4. Add 1 emergency contact to the Emergency Contact page. 
5. Add your current employer and the next previous employer (if you have had more than one employer)
6. Add 2 references, with their full name, relationship, company, phone, and address
7. Add any relevant equipment with which you have experience
8. Add your relevant skills to the Skills page. 
9. Add up to 3 of your schools of including college, high school, and trade schools
10. Add your military service (if you are not a United States Veteran select no on the Military Service page) 
11. Add your criminal history (if you do not have a criminal history, select no on the Criminal History page) 
12. Return to this page and complete the fields electronically, sign and date below
