Welcome to ICU Exceed’s 1application. Here you will find instructions for what to include in your 1A profile to ensure your application is complete, as well as any fields that should be completed specifically for I.C. U Exceed.

1application.me (1A) is a place for you to store your application history, so that after you complete this application, you can reuse it. You can visit your profile, make changes, and use it to make future applications easier to complete! Many of of the fields below are not required for ICU Exceed’s application, but they are there for you to use. 

All of the page links below open in a new tab, so you can come back to this page as you complete each page. 

1.  Log in or register, selecting the Lifetime membership using the discount code EXCEED.
2. Add your full name, phone number, requested wage, preferred start date, citizenship, and your availability below.
3. Add your current address 
4. Add 1 Emergency Contact
5. Add your Current Employer and up to 3 previous employers
6. Add related certifications to the certification page 
7. Add details for your high school 
8. Add information about any related education beyond high school
9. Add your military service (if you are not a United States Veteran, select no on the Military Service page) 
10. Add your criminal history (if you do not have a criminal history, select no on the Criminal History page) 
11. Add 2 professional references
12. Then complete the last section for ICU Exceed, and sign.
