1. Log in or register using the discount code LEES. Select the annual membership option. 
2. Add your name, phone number, transportation, and availability to the Personal Information page
3. Add your current employer and at least 1 previous employer to the employment history page
4. Add any relevant equipment with which you have experience 
5. Add your relevant skills to the Skills page
6. Add up to 3 of your schools, including college, high school, and trade schools
7. If you have Military experience, add your military service here
8. Add your criminal history (if you do not have a criminal history, select no on the Criminal History page) 
9. Return to this page and complete the fields electronically, sign, and submit your application
